0018638: EM displays "The extension has been installed." before all needed actions have been taken

It is possible in certain situations, while installing an extension, to get the "The extension has been installed." even though not all needed actions have been taken and "Make updates" needs to be clicked more. The whole process is very unclear. There is no definitive notification that would tell the user "OK, all you needed to do is now done". Instead the "The extension has been installed." is displayed after the very first click on "Make updates" and then after that the "Update" button is always present no matter how many times you click it. This leaves the impression that not all is done. The way it should be is that when an ext is fully installed there should be no more "Update" button present and there should be a clear notice that the ext is now fully present. Also why press the button more times? Either the ext is installed or not. Displaying db changes is another thing obviously. But when it comes to the ext itself either I want to install it or I don't. Don't ask me three times and allow me to half install the thing.

In my own evgallery ext there is a hook that creates a stored procedure during installation of the ext. This hook gets called only after the second time the "Make updates" is pressed. What I've noticed is that users just simply don't press that button for the second time because after the first time they get the "The extension has been installed." which is ridiculously misleading.
